Great restaurant for traditional Italian food. It is just off the Santa Croce cathedral square off in one of the side streets. Staff are friendly and attentive.

Good and atmospheric location. However, we found the food to be just average. Our starter wasn't a taste explosion and we wouldn't order the Bistecca Fiorentina there again. For dessert there was panacotta - the strawberry sauce tasted noticeably artificial.

Very nice restaurant with delicious food (we had pasta) and friendly service. The atmosphere is very lovingly designed.

We had a GREAT experience! Jurgen made it all easy for us! Amazing bistecca (which you can ask by the Hg, very useful because we're not big eaters), we loved the truffle risotto as well. Couldn't recommend more!

Excellent pesto gnocchi with the gnocchi being homemade. Portions were big. I don't understand why the restaurant was so empty. I look forward to coming back to try more dishes.

We really enjoyed our home-made fresh pasta here: pici and ravioli. Plus the Chianti wine. Only point for improvement for owners: your background music needs serious attention. Since I work a lot with music I am more aware of music and context. It started all good, various Italian pop songs of the last 40 years. Then international pop songs completely out of touch with the context of the restaurant. (American girls singing along, which says enough.) To top it off: streaming service with commercial breaks (you cannot afford a paid subscription?) and when leaving I even heard that the bar in the centre had other music playing than the restaurant sections, having areas with two songs being heard at the same time. I feel sorry for your kitchen staff putting in all their effort, to not receive a 5-star rating because of your music choices.

Locale piccolino, intimo e molto piacevole. Personale molto cordiale. I piatti uno più soddisfacente dell’altro, prodotti di ottima scelta e ben preparati. Da consigliare!
