Elegant location but a little vintage, the strong point is the outdoor space. Well cooked traditional dishes, good service! The cost for the Easter lunch was excessive considering the loss of the Michelin star

Location stupenda, immersa nei colli brianzoli. Ambiente datato ma elegante. Servizio all'antica dove niente viene lasciato al caso. Sabajone fatto al momento semplicemente fantastico, avrei apprezzato una fetta più generosa di panettone, ma non è assolutamente una nota negativa. Con o senza stella Michelin, Pierino rimane un punto di riferimento nel panorama gastronomico brianzolo e oltre.

Pare che il tempo non riesca a scalfire la classe di Pierino con il suo modo di accogliervi e mettervi a vostro agio,la cucina ora passata in mano al figlio con il suo ristorante sempre uguale,come aspetti di ritrovare anche dopo anni. Siamo rimasti sul menù degustazione.Nell'attesa una tartare si salmone,i funghi cardoncelli un buon piatto,le tagliatelle con anguilla affumicata,zucca e castagne,buona come secondo piatto del baccalà con broccoli e mais che potremmo definire per educazione un piatto delicato,un pre dessert,un dolce ai fichi,un servizio come sempre perfetto direi coccoloso.il menù è di 95 euro escluso i vini,per una domenica a pranzo in Brianza.

07/04/2024: The food is superb. You absolutely have to go there and come back and come back and come back........and come back.
28/01/2024: 5 minutes walk in the alleys of Premana until you smell the good smell of food and here we are.... typical mountain restaurant with beautiful views of the valley. Friendly and fast service, excellent lunch and reasonable prices. We will come back for sure.
