Non importa quale si prenda....piadine, cascioni, roll , ogni ingrediente esalta il sapore dell impasto, o forse è il contrario.

Also open in this winter period, we ate a delicious piadina, with excellent raw materials, interesting flavors and combinations, and friendly and attentive staff. For a quick break, it's the ideal place. Honest prices.

24/03/2024: All the kilometers traveled to reach this restaurant were worth it. About 45 minutes from Rimini. The place is immersed in the nature of the Saludecio hills. We discovered this place by going to dinner with friends who wanted to taste the famous tagliatelle that had received the "three stars of the tagliatella brotherhood" award (so good that they escaped the clicking of the plates). In the photo you can find the tasting menu based on meat and vegetables, the latter made the difference. I really liked the staff and the owner who explained the contents and some anecdotes with each dish brought to the table. For example, the herbs that he went to collect with his wife and the little flower brought to the table that we would later find in the fried batter. All obviously accompanied by an excellent wine taken à la carte. Given the few seats, we recommend booking in advance.
28/02/2024: Sono stata a cena con amici in questo splendido nido nascosto e lontano dal caos... ambiente molto curato e accogliente. Cibo ben selezionato e dosato oltre che ben presentato per chi degusta! da ripetere !

Il menù offre varia scelta di crudi e piatti classici di pesce. Qualche proposta di carne. Servizio cortese, professionale e disponibile. Qualità buona. Non eccelsa. Onestamente dai crudi mi aspettavo molto di più, vista la fama del locale. Pesce al forno sicuramente freschissimo, ma un po’ troppo cotto e non molto saporito. Ottima carta dei vini, sia italiani (divisi per regione) sia internazionali. Prezzo assolutamente sproporzionato alla qualità proposta. 125€/testa (vino escluso) per antipasto di crudi e pesce al forno. Un prezzo congruo (per me) se i sapori fossero stati eccelsi, ma in nessuna portata o trovato un gusto che non fosse “normale”. Se avessi speso 70/80€/testa, l’avrei provato più congruo con quanto offerto e con le proposte che si trovano nella riviera romagnola. Alla fine ho avuto più l’impressione di pagare per un locale alla “moda” e rinomato che per quanto effettivamente proposto. Contento di averlo provato, ma sicuramente non tornerò.
24/11/2023: Sempre aperto, questo bellissimo bagno nella parte nord di Riccione ha un ristorante bellissimo che serve pesce di grandissima qualità con una carta vini all’altezza. E i prezzi sono onesti. Una certezza.
