In my opinion the best pastry shop in Palermo...we have been customers of Mr. Di Maio for 30 years now...in addition to the passion and professionalism also the high quality of the products made with very fresh raw materials, the custard of the cakes is something that cannot be described. Compliments to Mr. Girolamo☺️🍰🎂

06/04/2025: Stai is a very welcoming and comfortable place, large, with tables also outside. The drinks are cheap but nice. The staff are helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

29/08/2025: The name perfectly reflects a typical Sicilian cuisine of the past. While eating, I was transported back in time; the perfect balance between price and quality is noteworthy. If you're in Palermo, it's a must-try.
