In giro per Enna, di sera, un odore inebriante che mi ha condotto alle porte della pasticceria.... Andrea proprietario ospitale, mi ha offerto tartellette alla crema e biscotti al burro appena sfornati... colazioni con vasto assortimento con sfoglie di qualità.....da rifare

24/03/2024: Brewery run by 2 brothers who decided to stay in their native land and invest in it by producing craft beer. One of the brothers explained to us the process for producing it and I must say that this, like wine, is truly a fascinating world everything to discover. They produce different types for all tastes... Blonde, redhead, white... All excellent
22/10/2023: I haven't had the chance to visit the factory yet, but I affirm that their beer is truly a sip of Sicily!!! truly sublime
