Brewery run by 2 brothers who decided to stay in their native land and invest in it by producing craft beer. One of the brothers explained to us the process for producing it and I must say that this, like wine, is truly a fascinating world everything to discover. They produce different types for all tastes... Blonde, redhead, white... All excellent

14/11/2023: In giro per Enna, di sera, un odore inebriante che mi ha condotto alle porte della pasticceria.... Andrea proprietario ospitale, mi ha offerto tartellette alla crema e biscotti al burro appena sfornati... colazioni con vasto assortimento con sfoglie di qualità.....da rifare
