A nice experience, a good restaurant

Excellent cuisine, attentive and friendly service, mushrooms and truffles that live up to the best expectations, the right combination of cured meats, dishes and wines from the provinces of Parma and Piacenza. A place for those who want to eat well, or rather, very well, but without gourmet frills and pedantry...

Excellent food, all based on mushrooms and truffles

As a starter I must say that the cold cuts were good, the first one however was warmed up for being a trattoria for the prices it has and not much is within reach the location leaves a little to be desired hospitable staff

The tortelloni with nettles seasoned with mushrooms are excellent, the tagliatelle with mushrooms is tasty. The apple and almond cake is delicate and very good. The waitress is fast, attentive and kind, the place needs maintenance

Never had better tortellini and gnocci. The owner grates a large amount of truffles directly onto his own plate. Everything homemade. We recommend! We will be back.

The environment is that of a 1950s tavern, without frills or furnishings, and you can immediately sense it from the outside. The dishes were really tasty, genuine: cuisine from times gone by, excellent for me.

Arrivati in Emilia per qualche giorno di relax per visitare i bei borghi e castelli di questa zona, vicino a Salso Maggiore Terme abbiamo prenotato in questa trattoria/ ristorante, attirati dalle buone recensioni e dalla varietà di prodotti culinari emiliani/romagnoli che compongono il menu’. Dobbiamo senza dubbio, riconfermare i giudizi precedenti, come primo abbiamo provato tortelli ripieni fatti da loro ( si sente la pasta più spessa e ruvida come quella fatta in casa da mia nonna che trattiene il condimento) di zucca e parmigiano reggiano squisiti, conditi con burro e tartufo nero ( quest’ultimo tagliato sopra a scaglie al momento dal titolare, tra l’altro raccoglitore di tartufi e funghi) . Invece come secondo abbiamo degustato piccole quantità di un ottima coppa di suino, stinco e costina sempre di maiale cotte al forno con funghi e patate, carne ottima con la giusta quantità di grasso, da sciogliersi in bocca. Soddisfatti anche dei dolci, compreso i 2 tiramisù ( mascarpone buono) sempre tutto fatto da loro. La prossima volta in visita da queste parti per forza bisogna ritornarci. Che dire, complimenti!!!

Abbiamo cenato in questa trattoria semplice ma caratteristica. Locale adatto soprattutto per chi come me è goloso di funghi e tartufi. Prezzo un pochino alto ma in linea con la qualità dei piatti.
