Situata nel mezzo del nulla questa osteria gestita da un gruppo di giovani preparati e gentili offre dei piatti semplici, spesso classici (come dimenticare i crostini con burro e acciughe del cantabrico?) ma con delle offerte anche innovative. Abbiamo mangiato e bevuto benissimo. I prezzi sono leggermente sopra la media ma la qualità è eccezionale.

Locale situato nel nulla nei contorni geografici di Alba, squadra di giovani veramente entusiasti ed encomiabili e preparati. Menù classico con rivisitazioni degne di nota. Servizio ottimo, cantina anche. Risotto con cinghiale sublime. Un appunto anzi due da migliorare, la torta di nocciole con spuma di zabaione, buona ma ci si aspettava di meglio, visto il livello generale di qualità, il caffè è decisamenta da migliorare, decisamenta. Bravi Ragazzi!!

Friendly staff were somewhat easy to communicate with as we only spoke English. The pizza was nice and tasty ordered a margarita and a cooked ham with some fried bits of potatoe. Only thing that would hold me back from saying pizza was great was just if you pay almost double for a pizza with meat you expect it to have more than a tiny piece if that per slice, that's all I'd mention and I did ask which pizza had a good portion of meat.

17/03/2024: Typical village inn, simple and welcoming, furnished in a sober but characterful way. We had the Piedmontese mixed fried menu; an entre consisting of a dish of excellent quality veal with tuna sauce and then followed by 18 courses of Piedmontese mixed fried food executed in an excellent way. Always served hot (... this is not so obvious with so many diners...) and always of excellent quality. Adequate wine list at honest prices.
