Io e mia sorella siamo partite da Viareggio e all ora di pranzo abbiamo cercato un ristorante in zona Parma. Ci siamo fermati al battibecco senza tanto entusiasmo,perché volevamo mangiare in collina. Devo dire che questo posto merita non 5 stelle ma 10. Io ho un locale a Venezia e la mia recensione è dettata dal saper offrire ai clienti qualità e cortesia. Venite a trovarli perché meritano

If I have a starter in Parma I expect lots of parmesan and not mixed French cheeses. That said, I didn't have a bad meal. They were welcoming even without a reservation. I recommend the desserts and the first courses.

Excellent trattoria in the center of Parma, home cooking all rigorously handmade by the cook from home made pasta to desserts... with Parma specialities. Absolutely recommended

Nice restaurant! Typical dishes of the region, their specialty horse meat. I loved it, all done at home. Also top service, they are very good.

Devo dire che ho sempre mangiato bene, però consiglierei qualche attenzione in più per rendere il locale più accogliente. Se si va in inverno, bisogna prendere in considerazione di andarci vestiti pesanti, sarebbe opportuno riscaldare l'ambiente. I menù dovrebbero essere cambiati, credo che nemmeno in una bettola di caracas abbiano dei menù così malandati, sporchi e anti igienici.

01/04/2024: Amazing fish dishes, always fresh and well presented! You will enjoy Italian wine and good fish while in the typical tiny streets of Parma, surrounded by historical buildings and a beautiful calm atmosphere. You must try their fresh pasta and "frittura"! Service is amazing, the owner Stefano is kind and knowledgeable on the product, always smiling and welcoming. He clearly knows what he does! We have been there a few times and it's one of our favorites, not an ordinary place at all!

Trattoria La Giara

13/12/2023: Beautiful trattoria located in an ancient stone building with summer veranda, located in a panoramic position above Borgotaro. In a welcoming environment you can enjoy good traditional local dishes, seafood and Calabrian dishes. Open kitchen where, during our stay, the owner was rolling out the dough for the pasta. Good value for money.
01/11/2023: Very good meal / same service I will go back, I recommend
