We had dinner with friends and ate very well. Price a little high. We returned a week ago: unfortunately we didn't eat as well as the first time and what's more, the table service was barely adequate. I don't think we will be back!

Sempre un piacere fermarsi al Pilastrino. Cucina tradizionale bolognese con qualche divagazione piacevole. Ottime materie prime ben cucinate, cura dei dettagli e servizio eccellente. Annessa piccola enoteca con qualche interessante etichetta. La qualità paga sempre, bravi.

Abbiamo pranzato oggi in occasione della festa dell'Immacolata,tutto buonissimo come sempre ,uova con tartufo bianco,crostone blu di bufala pancetta e uva e crescentine con prosciutto come antipasto, a seguire tortellini in brodo,gnocchetti di castagne speck porcini e nocciole e lasagnetta zucca e galletti...per finire torta di mele con la crema chantilly,gelato e Tenerina...che dire? Tutto squisito come sempre! Il servizio effettuato da Michela impeccabile e sempre solare!!! Complimenti siete il top! Rita,Chiara e Claudio

RISTORANTE BOLOGNESE

06/03/2024: We stayed at the Bognese on Sunday, by reservation. It was the second time and we returned because we had eaten well. Our table was outside (chosen by us), I would say more of a small table, a little sacrificed for two and the chairs on the cobblestones were a little unstable but the goodness of the dishes ordered repaid us for everything. We will be back for sure!
13/01/2024: Truly the restaurant you have to go to, I'm French and I found the one that everyone who comes to Bologna must try.

06/05/2024: What a surprise! Very pleasant evening, excellent food, excellent value for money, young and adequate staff, service at the right times, nice place. One star is missing only for the geographical position: you can't get there, you have to go there, but it's worth it!
