The owner and the entire staff provided impeccable hospitality and service. We ordered a mixed antipasto to share, a calamarata with snapper, a grilled fish, a tuna and onion platter, a half-fried fish platter (not to be missed), two sorbets, and a bottle of wine and water. The quality and freshness of the fish was excellent. The prices were fair. We also enjoyed a short musical performance, which made everything even more special. We felt right at home.

San Nicola Arcella is a charming place. In September, you can enjoy the tranquility of its narrow streets, which unwittingly led us to Ristorante Oriente. Enjoy its carefully crafted and flavorful dishes and the warmth of homely comforts, chatting with Nicola and recounting his life stories. We enjoyed the cavatielli with tuna and a delicious fried fish dish.
We'll be back to try other dishes from the extensive menu.

A historic seafood restaurant, the oldest in San Nicola, offering a wide variety of seafood dishes at reasonable prices. The dishes are simple but very tasty. Upon request for vegan options, the kitchen prepared an excellent, flavorful, and light legume soup, accompanied by carefully prepared vegetables. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.
