Found by chance, we found ourselves in this place that embraces Ragusa and French cuisine. We opted for the tasting menu and were pleasantly satisfied. Also happy with the service, worth trying.

We were received by an adorable and passionate Franco-Italian couple in this restaurant with delicious traditional cuisine revisited. After a very pleasant cooking class we had the pleasure of tasting fine and gourmet dishes.

Beautiful restaurant in the heart of Ragusa Ibla.
I stopped in the restaurant attracted by the beautiful interior room and the very well set tables. This restaurant's fusion of Sicilian and French cuisine is beautiful.
We started the meal with two excellent starters: Pochè (poached egg, buffalo mozzarella and truffle. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) and Roquefort mussels. Continued with two first courses: carob ravioli and pasta with sardines (a little not very abundant). Finally, two desserts: floating ile and broken biscuit.
Small suggestion to improve the presentation of the dishes.
Note of merit: the bill was brought in a book of poems, which made it sweeter.

The service is very good, from the food to the attention of the waiters and Heloïse. An exquisite mix of French and Italian food, they have a wide variety of excellent wines. The place is very nice, highly recommended!

We had a delicious dinner here. We were really happy it was open in February, as much of Ragusa, especially Ragusa Ibla, was closed. We had really friend waiters, and a delicious Italian/French fusion dinner. I would definitely recommend eating here one night when you are visiting!
