A place that deserves to be known! We dined at Single as a couple and were amazed by their cuisine! Friendly, professional and attentive waiter to customer needs, he was able to recommend some amazing dishes, also pairing an excellent wine with dinner. The venue has an intimate, warm and welcoming atmosphere. Behind the dishes you can perceive the uniqueness, commitment and originality of the idea! Prices are appropriate to the type of cuisine. We will definitely be back, it's not easy to find places of this level in the area.

Warm and welcoming place.
Very kind and prepared staff.
I tried their proposal for Valentine's Day, in a vegan version and it was all delicious.
Tasty, balanced, non-trivial dishes with attention to the aesthetic side too, after all the eye also wants its part.
I hope to be their guest again to taste the à la carte menu and enjoy the beautiful outdoor garden.
Among the restaurants I have tried in recent years as a vegan, this one competes for the podium with two other places.
Congratulations to the staff, keep it up!

Questo posto è stata una piacevolissima scoperta!
Fin da subito ci si accorge dell'atmosfera splendida e accogliente che c'è.
Il personale è molto gentile e simpatico, super disponibile e pronto ad accontentare ogni richiesta al meglio; il cibo è incredibilmente squisito e curato in ogni dettaglio.
Ho amato TUTTO, non vedo l'ora di ritornare per provare gli altri piatti che offrono!!
Assolutamente entusiasta di questo posto!

Nice discovery in Modica: having a lactose-free diet and almost totally eating meat, we were looking for an alternative to the usual restaurants. The varied proposal satisfied us, a note of merit for the chocolate cake.

Everything was really excellent and the staff were very kind. Fast service. We enjoyed every course, from starter to dessert and we highly recommend it!

One of the best places I've eaten at, if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Very well kept and welcoming place, friendly and helpful service and amazing food.
You can see the care and research in every detail.
The flavor combinations are incredible!
I will definitely go back because unfortunately I wasn't able to taste everything they offer.
Highly recommended if you want to try cuisine that combines tradition with experimentation, with flavors that amaze and make every bite a real experience.

Il locale già da fuori è molto accogliente e particolare.
Si prcorre un piccolo giardinetto.
Dentro è molto accogliente e caldo... sembra di stare in una baita in montagna, tutto di legno.
Siamo stati accolti molto calorosamente dal (penso) proprietario.
Abbiamo anche chiacchierato piacevolmente anche con GLI chef, marito e moglie..
Cucina Vegetariana/vegana eccellente!!!!
Mix di sapori che danno una goduria al palato!
Complimenti allo staff!
Tappa fissa se un giorno sarò a MODICA!
