An inn with a genuine flavour, just like the owner who serves the tables, competent and very attentive, dispenses targeted advice.
Truffles everywhere, as expected from a place with this name.
Honorable mention goes to the truffles of Mary, an exclusive and truly tasty dark chocolate dessert with truffles.
A little subdued atmosphere.

An inn that makes you feel at home... with ample free parking... good starters, cold cuts from Norcia without gluten and dairy products... inside the restaurant, fresh seasonal truffles prevail with a menu dedicated almost entirely to the famous tuber... excellent first courses with grater and slices directly on the table the expert and operational innkeeper Sandro together with his son Valter who give the best of their work in the room... great second courses with fillet and truffle... and divine truffle desserts... average prices...

Small restaurant located at the beginning of the town, small and welcoming... the menu is all based on truffles and Italian products... highly recommended both for the quality and for the home-made cuisine... The very welcoming and friendly manager also gives some advice regarding truffle dishes, family management and average prices... We will be back soon!

The quality of the dishes is good
It's a shame, however, that the restaurateur took the decision and the risk of marketing the ordinary black truffle as a truffle, yes it is edible, but the strong presence of phenol definitely ruins the excellent dishes prepared by the kitchen. As a restaurateur I would have avoided putting this type of truffle on my dishes. If only ordinary black truffles arrive, it's not a good time... better to wait for other types of truffles.

Come non innamorarsi di questo posto?
Del resto si vede sin da quando si conosce il proprietario che è innamorato del suo lavoro e del tartufo, e queato non può che portare al meglio!

Da provare assolutamente se siete patiti di tartufo
