Beautiful, from the welcome, the service, the place, the very good and sweet waitress.... we liked everything, the very good meat. We will definitely return.

Small place in the center of Viterbo with few seats We ate a starter of cured meats and cheeses, a bucatoni all'amatriciana, a spaghetti carbonara, a cut with cherry tomatoes and rocket, two grilled sausages, a glass of house wine (it was a merlot, unfortunately it wasn't local) and a 'waterfall. Overall good food, friendly and fast service.

Bel locale storico nel cuore della Viterbo medioevale, ottima l'accoglienza, a misura di coppia o famiglia, atmosfera calda e piacevole. Servizio squisito e attento, attenzione nella preparazione dei piatti che risultano ben cucinati e di qualità. Non molta la scelta al di fuori delle carni. Consigliato!

Lo Spuntino Spaghetteria e Griglieria

17/03/2024: The lady, very kind and very professional, was able to put me at complete ease in this small place, with ancient experience, suitable for tourists who love discovering excellent dishes. Probably many of the local visitors who know the place do not fail to frequent it with a certain affection. All positive, experience to be reconfirmed at the next step. Perhaps a few euros less in the total receipt would be much appreciated, but it is certainly a sustainable price given that the quality and goodness of the food does not disappoint. Thank you
04/02/2024: Excellent first courses. I have not had experience with second courses which, however, I am told are really appetizing.
