Food was excellent as well as the service. Had the marinara on a steamed base and a tuna pizza on the Roman base. Both interesting and very tasty. Our waitress was very passionate and informative.

It's been a long time since I've been to Spela and it has changed a lot, raising the quality of the pizzas to a very high level. Here you will not find first courses or starters or second courses but exclusively PIZZA. Refined, full of character, gourmet. Vast choice of beers, including "unconventional" ones, that can accompany the evening. Extremely attentive and kind staff. If you like pizza, you have found your paradise here!

Spela is always a confirmation, with doughs and raw materials we are truly at the top! The service guys are always very kind and helpful. Allow me to make just a small note on the filling, we noticed that compared to previous times there was less attention, some segments were really poorly filled and were a little dry. World cheesecake! Ps. Let's hope the duck breast and whiskey sauce returns to the menu!

Che bella scoperta! Eravamo alla ricerca di una trattoria toscana, quando per un caso ci siamo imbattuti in questa pizzeria. E meno male! Abbiamo scoperto delle pizze gourmet (BUONISSIME) innovative e dai sapori inaspettati. Menu’ accurato in cui viene menzionato anche il tipo di cottura (al vapore o alla romana). Personale giovane, cordiale e professionale (una rarità trovare questa combinazione). Veramente un bel posto! Consigliatissimo!

02/06/2024: Wonderful dining experience at Buca Lapi! Their Florentine steak is one of the best steaks around! Highly suggest pairing with the beans. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very unique and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming.
29/05/2024: Excellent food and very kind staff! A special thank you to Mr. Luciano who leaves us wanting to return to Florence just to stop by his Buca Lapi once again!

10/05/2024: Tutto buonissimo ed eccezionale. Abbiamo preso i pici al ragù d’anatra, le pappardelle al ragù toscano e una Fiorentina spettacolari! Si paga il giusto per un ristorante di qualità !!!
