I have gone there several times, always with great satisfaction. For the refined and elegant environment, for the attentive, professional but pampering service, for the excellent cuisine. The Chef offers dishes with attention to the smallest details, with perfect combinations and a certain French style that makes everything even more fascinating. The menu offers regional and non-regional wines, with some French gems that I appreciated. For all this he deserves the star. We will be back

Super tasty and delicately seasoned! You can clearly notice a French influence in the dishes. Each dish was very harmonious and the wine pairing harmonized perfectly. If you want more upscale and sophisticated food, you definitely have to go here! Absolute recommendation. In our opinion, the service at the place could have been a little warmer - otherwise it was really, really delicious! We'd love to come back

It is not the right place if you are looking for typical Piedmontese dishes. The food is as good as in any restaurant with a certain target audience. Everything is good and cared for. But depersonalized.

Perfect restaurant. Typical Langhe menu, superlatives tajarin and agnolotti, high-level wine list. Welcoming and friendly.

Che dire... Tutto impeccabile. Prodotti freschi, abbinamenti azzeccati e direi location in armonia con l'eleganza dei piatti.

Un locale magnifico con una cucina eccellente. Se volete fare un'esperienza culinaria unica, il Langotto è dove dovete andare. Un plauso allo chef e a sua moglie una sommelier eccellente.

Nella nostra seconda visita a questo ristorante che ci ha confermato quanto rilevato nella precedente del mese di agosto: l'entusiasmo e la creatività del giovane chef Otto Luca', la grande qualità delle materie prime, specie la carne della macelleria Boasso del Gallo d'Alba. Assai indovinato l'accostamento del foie gras d'anatra (da scaloppa) dei ravioli con le due salse, al ribes nero e la demi-glace al tartufo nero. Sontuoso lo stracotto di fassona, declinato nelle due versioni: classica con salsa al barbera e sfiziosa con una salsa gribiche che ci ha ricordato il "bagnetto verde" usato dai nostri nonni per riciclare il giorno dopo quello che restava del bollito...

Nelle Langhe è difficile mangiare male, ma alla fine i piatti sono più o meno gli stessi. Ho scelto, invece, questo ristorante perché, non solo ci sono i piatti della tradizione (e avevano un aspetto delizioso) ma ci sono anche dei piatti con un tocco francese (lo chef ha lavorato in Francia per sei anni) e quindi abbiamo mangiato piatti diversi , uno più buono dell'altro. La casa offre anche un paio di stuzzichini per iniziare e della piccola pasticceria con il caffè. Il servizio è gentile e discreto e il locale è elegante e moderno. Le Langhe in questo periodo sono una favola di bellezza e tra quello e il cibo, cosa vogliamo di più? Complimenti a tutto lo staff e, in particolare, allo giovane chef che è anche uscito per salutarci.
