Very good food, I recommend braised beef

I hadn't been back for a few years, I honestly remembered it being better, I had a first course of solina flour with porcini mushrooms, the pasta wasn't handmade. A slightly tough grilled veal steak and a plate of porcini mushrooms which didn't have much flavour. Excellent desserts. The prices for the food are too high.

Just a doubt....but how can there be a restaurant of this excellent level in Carsoli? Total!

Good but really too expensive, I understand and appreciate the quality of the products but we are talking about raw materials that are the order of the day in Abruzzo! €35 for a grilled porcini mushroom (one cut into 4/5 segments) although first choice is an exaggeration, first courses at €23, abacchio scalded toto €27! (Above average quantity.) side dish chicory 3 forkfuls €9, field wine however... wine on the other hand with a more than honest mark-up. You can reach €100 per person in an instant!! Friendly and easy-going service, beautiful environment !

Excellent restaurant serving traditional dishes with a refined taste for innovation. Great raw materials and excellent grill. Fast and covered service reinforced to support prices a little above the right quality/price ratio. Highly recommended.

La qualità è sempre alta. Erano alcuni anni che non tornavo. Stavolta un pranzo frugale con una collega. Un antipasto di affettati misti e due pappardelle al ragù di coniglio. Non si resta comunque delusi anche con queste poche cose. Ma poi non bisogna esagerare con il costo di acqua, caffè e coperto.

Abbiamo mangiato abbastanza bene anche se a mio parere un po’ caro, prezzi un po’ al tini. Un antipasto, che consisteva in due fette di prosciutto tagliate a coltello euro 17 mi sembra esagerato. Agnello 27 € discreto ma ho provato anche a Agnelli più buoni. Ma la cosa che mi ha fatto rimanere molto male è che non abbiamo preso assolutamente e non volevamo i dolci, quindi abbiamo chiesto un semplice caffè ci sono stati portati dei piccoli pasticcini, mignon, 6 pezzettini, non richiesti, e pensavamo fossero inclusi nel caffè, anche perché nessuno li aveva chiesti, abbiamo detto che non volevamo nessun dolce. Ne ho provati due solo perché mi sembrava brutto farli tornare indietro, per cui non li abbiamo neanche mangiati tutti, al momento del conto che come sempre non ti fanno mai controllare, mi sono accorta solo una volta che sono uscita dal locale che mi hanno messo un caffè e la piccola pasticceria da me non richiesta euro 9 € per un caffè e sei microscopici mignon secchi di pasticceria secca, a questo punto mi sembra giusto che se tu offri a un cliente la pasticceria, come fanno tanti tanti tantissimi ristoranti non è giusto che tu li faccia pagare oltretutto in una maniera smisurata.penso che lo facciano apposta non mi è piaciuto questo comportamento , oltretutto se avessi saputo che li stavo pagando me li sarei riportati a casa, avrei chiesto gentilmente un sacchettino e li avrei riportati.quindi molto disonesto questo scherzetto.non mi è piaciuto per niente, e non ci tornerò più. Attenzione allora se non volete il dolce controllate bene il conto .
