First experience as an alternative to the usual pizzeria. Well organized, tidy, clean, precise, and punctual with reservations, a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Attentive and friendly staff, prompt service. We only tried a few items, so I'll limit myself to my limited experience. Homemade supplì of excellent quality, pucce with various fillings, with well-chosen assortments. I really enjoyed the pinsa dough, excellent, topped with a perfectly cooked size 3. So far, everything is OK.

I've known Pucceria since 2022, they took me there for the pinsa... Excellent! Excellent dough, excellent cooking..... Then little by little I got to taste other things too..... pork ribs... Out of this world... Pork shank... Out of this world! .... in short, the food is good and the service is good... I don't often write reviews, but today I'm here because yesterday I had the chance to talk, interact for a few minutes with the woman who I believe manages all this... splendidly.... I had already noticed her... for the friendliness and kindness she expresses.... but yesterday I was able to notice, among her other qualities, that at 11:45 pm she still has the gentle strength that distinguishes her.... interacting with me and others, with great... naturalness in sharing observations on the evening of her restaurant.... I would add that her ability to also manage the staff, all young, but who never miss a beat... under her direction... is everywhere! Okay, I naturally like her, but believe me, I'm describing everything objectively...without favoritism...just recognizing...what StreatBacco Pucceria Aprilia is. Tommaso

Weekend (Saturday), very noisy environment, abundant food, sufficient quality.

Very cute and super welcoming place, super refined cuisine and amazing food quality, very friendly and helpful staff, I love eating in this place, I recommend the straccetti which are my favorite, but with any choice you will still be safe.

The pucce are excellent and the atmosphere is super pleasant.

I often go to this lovely restaurant where I always find excellent quality food and very kind and friendly staff. For me, it's always a real guarantee. We're never disappointed. You're the best.

Ho trovato questo locale su tripadvisor e confermo quanto letto nelle recensioni precedenti. Menù molto ampio con varianti vegetali, di pesce e di carne. Accostamenti particolari, io ho assaggiato una pinsa con stracciatella barbabietola e broccoli, squisito sia l'impasto che il condimento. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, personale gentile e accogliente. Consigliatissima se volete provare qualcosa di sfizioso.

Ieri sera sono stato in questo locale carinissimo di Aprilia e sono rimasto molto colpito dalla gentilezza e dall’ospitalità di tutto il personale. Ordinazioni veloci, cibo ottimo e prodotti di qualità. Vasta scelta e abbinamenti curiosi e originali. Il locale è molto grazioso e nonostante non fossimo riusciti a prenotare in tempo per stare all’interno (il locale dispone di tavolini anche all’esterno), ci hanno comunque riservato un tavolino “di emergenza” all’interno. Sono stati tutti molto gentili e amichevoli. Pinse squisite e pucce dall’aspetto invitante. Da tornarci sicuramente!
