Delicious pizza, friendly and fast service. They accept custom pizzas on the fly. Prices are more than reasonable. The atmosphere is modern and somewhat spartan, but clean.

Tasty, thin, and easy-to-digest pizza. Satisfied with both the quality of the pizza and the ingredients. I had the usual Margherita, but the vegetable one was loaded with grilled vegetables—sorry, next time. Friendly staff, convenient parking. I recommend it.

06/03/2026: Reservations are a must. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, the service top-notch. The food is out of this world. There's a cigar room next to the main dining room to enjoy a whiskey and a smoke, if you need it.

06/07/2026: A great spot for a meal near the lakes. Warm and welcoming, you can eat both inside and out. The menu is varied, including sandwiches and appetizers. Good food and generous portions. Prices are average. The complimentary gin at the end of the meal is very welcome.
25/06/2026: During the summer of 2025, we stopped for lunch at Bar Centro Fondo Vermiglio and were very satisfied. I chose the venison with polenta and canederli: typical dishes prepared extremely well, with top-quality ingredients and authentic flavors. The staff was kind, friendly, and always available, contributing to the relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant has the typical charm of a mountain refuge and enjoys a splendid view of the San Leonardo lakes, which makes lunch even more enjoyable. The quality-price ratio is also good. I would happily recommend it to couples and families who want to enjoy Trentino cuisine in a quiet and welcoming environment. I would definitely return.
