Highly recommend this place with Parma cuisine. Our airbnb owner in Milan is from Parma. He and his wife recommended only one restaurant to us. It’s this place. The best Lambrusco we have had on this trip to this region of northern Italy. Not to mention the best crudo. It’s called culatello. Only found in traditional restaurants in Parma. Culatello tastes better (for us) than any other kind of crudo.

Super delicious 3 course dinner! Yes, it's a little more expensive compared to some other restaurants, but totally worth the money. I can especially recommend the risotto with truffles and the flan as a starter.

Fluctuating experience. Pleasant for food: the ingredients are of excellent quality. Good fresh pasta and meat. Service is the sore point. It is not pleasant to receive a bottle of wine already uncorked and, in general, one perceives disorganization. The bill was quite high. It could be a gem but it needs more attention. I hope my review is taken as advice and constructive criticism, because that is what it is intended to be.

Scelto un po' così a caso non è andata affatto male, il posto è d'altri tempi, il servizio pure.
Io penso che in cucina ci sia solo lo chef, per fortuna non c'erano tanti coperti perché l'attesa è stata un po' lunga, ma ripagata da una cucina certamente espressa.
Anche ingredienti di qualità, dalla food Valley mi aspetto salumi ottimi e così è stato, buoni anche i primi, pasta fatta in casa, i secondi di carne e i dolci.
Conto neanche esagerato, nel complesso soddisfacente.
