Very nice owners! The pizza is among the best I've ever eaten!!! Definitely try the desserts, they are spectacular!!!!

I had been to Pratogallo years ago, under previous management. It's nice to go back because: The place is informal (in the good sense of course), but well kept in order, an almost friendly environment, with the ladies in charge of the room who are prompt and courteous, and, first of all, the pizza is excellent, in terms of preparation, filling and cooking.

A small in a very small village with a delicious pizza and other dishes ! As a pilgrim walking the via Francigena, I hope to come back to eat the pizza ! Very kind owners. Clean kitchen Fire oven thin pizza fresh toppings

21/02/2024: Not particularly innovative but welcoming, warm environment. Smiling and always courteous staff. The pizza as well as the cuisine are proven certainties and you can be enchanted by the most imaginative menu items, certain of a more than satisfactory result. Prices in line with other establishments of the same type. You go there by choice and not by necessity and that says a lot.
