Tornerò per rivalutare . Sono capitato per una cena di società, eravamo 25 . Quindi ci sta che qualcosa sia andato storto . Personale ben organizzato , gentile e disponibile . Prezzi modici valutando qualità prezzo . Tortelli molto graditi , per la pizza dipende da i gusti . Personalmente mi piace un pochino più alta però devo dire che è buona anche come la fanno loro e cosa più importante da dire e che non ritorna il giorno dopo . Questo significa che la lievitazione è ottima . Tornerò di sicuro per gustarmi tante altre specialità che ho letto sul loro menù .

03/03/2024: I had never been there under the old management, so I have no basis for comparison. Beautiful and welcoming rooms, a truly enchanting place, an oasis of peace surrounded by nature. The swimming pool surrounded by centuries-old trees is also beautiful, immediately below the Via degli Dei, reachable from the path that starts directly from there. Delicious food, the chef is super both in terms of professionalism and company. We had a really nice day... just 10 minutes from the Mugello racetrack you find yourself immersed in a mountain landscape. I recommend it to everybody.

05/04/2024: Dinner with my partner last night. Full atmosphere even on a Thursday evening. The food was very good despite some dangerous gastronomic vicissitudes (I must say very successful). The only demerit only if I have to find the flaw, the lack of a sommelier or waiter expert in wines. The girl had an approximate education of the type: "I tasted it good". The customer who intends to enjoy a good wine, even spending considerable sums, is left wanting. I hope it's a constructive criticism, to keep the place on a high profile like the rest of the cuisine.
