I had never been there under the old management, so I have no basis for comparison. Beautiful and welcoming rooms, a truly enchanting place, an oasis of peace surrounded by nature. The swimming pool surrounded by centuries-old trees is also beautiful, immediately below the Via degli Dei, reachable from the path that starts directly from there. Delicious food, the chef is super both in terms of professionalism and company. We had a really nice day... just 10 minutes from the Mugello racetrack you find yourself immersed in a mountain landscape. I recommend it to everybody.

04/06/2024: Very attentive and the Italian who speaks Spanish is very nice, more restaurants like this, the food is excellent, it is a place where if you want to eat cheap and well you can come
01/05/2024: We were extremely satisfied. Very quiet location, although you have a direct view of the cathedral. We were able to sit outside despite the rain and thanks to the heaters. The waiter was super friendly, accommodating and, to our surprise, even spoke German. The food was very tasty, as was the Pinot & Tiramisu. It's not as cheap as somewhere outside, but in our opinion it's perfectly fine for this central location. So a clear recommendation from us.
