Probably a mistake... my rating is actually 5... it was a wonderful stay, very friendly staff, good food. Hotel in a beautiful location, quiet but very close to the center of Brunico and all the activities that can be practiced in these beautiful mountains. Highly recommended hotel...

Restaurant Putzerhof

29/03/2024: I stayed one night in the hotel and had dinner in the restaurant. Nice bedroom and bathroom, only the hot water pressure in the shower was VERY weak. The well-kept restaurant and good dishes, even the pizza!
27/03/2024: The personnel is very friendly and courteous. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The food in the restaurant is excellent and of excellent quality. The price-performance ratio is right here.

02/03/2024: You can get both Italian pizza and traditional dishes here. They are all really tasty. The service is very nice.
06/02/2024: We did not feel welcome in this place. We arrived to good luck in the evening. None of the staff paid any attention to us. They were busy serving the hotel dinner. Luckily we got a table. Drinks had to wait a long time - they were later than pizza! Overall the food was good.
