01/11/2025: Finally, a restaurant I like. Welcoming, understated, and simply elegant. The staff is competent, polite, and just the right amount of friendly. Delicious food, compliments to the chef, who displays expertise in selecting the finest ingredients and a wonderful touch, focusing primarily on Sicilian tradition but with a subtle and discreet innovative twist—a nuance, so to speak. The Etna white wine we were served was also excellent, minerally and elegant. Congratulations all round, we'll definitely see you again soon.

29/10/2025: We celebrated a family birthday during a weekend on Etna. I found the place to be very clean and well-kept, and they welcomed us with courtesy and professionalism. The fresh mushrooms were excellent, and the Angus steak the lady recommended was excellent. I'll gladly return.
