02/11/2025: Ten friends gathered at this restaurant for a quarterly get-together. Excellent location in the middle of a chestnut grove. Lunch was exclusively cod-based. The very kind owner, Mr. Angelo, welcomed us and seated us at a table in front of a large fireplace. He immediately served us delicious cod fritters, followed by an excellent cod salad with olives and papaccelle. This was followed by paccheri with cod. He let us rest a bit and then served us a generous portion of cod and potatoes. After a short chat, the fried cod arrived with a green salad. To finish, a slice of cream cake and roasted chestnuts, all accompanied by red wine and Falanghina. Some of us also picked chestnuts in the chestnut grove. A wonderful day for the group. Thanks to Mr. Angelo for his hospitality. I almost forgot: the whole thing cost €40 per person.
