A great place. We stumbled upon it by accident while looking for an ice cream shop with a place to relax. Delicious coffee, and you can create your own ice cream and fill cones using the ice cream machine. It's indescribable fun for the kids!

Great breakfast at a great price

Just select the machine by flavor, load the desired amount, and pay by weight. The older staff are friendly. The prices are on the high side.

Gelatarium is a truly special place, just steps from the Florence Cathedral. The setting is beautiful and original, with swings that make the experience unique. I've often been here in the summer to enjoy this artisanal gelato!! It's sold by weight and is very special: it's kept at -5°C instead of -18°C, so it's creamier, less hard, and contains less sugar than traditional gelato!! For me, this is essential! Excellent quality and flavor, to be savored slowly. They also carry all the Twinings teas, and they sometimes host book presentations. There's also a café with pastries for breakfast. They're currently undergoing maintenance on the gelato machines, but in about 15 days, the gelato will be available again😍. Highly recommended for the experience, as well as the gelato.

I came in by chance... excellent place, the guys who work there are Cristian, Decise and Elena of unique kindness... ice cream that you can serve yourself and of a unique goodness that I had never eaten before... I highly recommend it
