I've been a customer for years, I'm still looking for a better spleen sandwich but it turns out to be impossible. Impeccable service, high quality and a welcoming environment, not to mention the friendliness of the owner.

Lo so, non siamo a Palermo, però anche qui ad Agrigento pane ca meusa, schetto, zito o maritato (io lo preferisco zito, con l'aggiunta della trachea), è fantastico. Dimenticavo, anche le panelle qui non scherzano.

The sandwiches are unparalleledly delicious. We ordered two spleen sandwiches. It was the first time we tasted this kind of sandwich and we were shocked! The owner is friendly and a perfect dining experience!

Un punto di riferimento. Da cliente fisso posso dire che i proprietari sono di una gentilezza unica ed il panino è sempre perfetto, si vede che usano prodotti di alta qualità, combo perfetta quando trovo la ciabattina croccante fatta da loro

04/04/2024: We totally understand why U Maccicuni has been rated the #1 restaurant in Favara. Not only were the food portions generous and delicious, but the entire dining experience was also lots of fun. The restaurant exuded a wonderful ambience with a definite local flair. It is always nice to have a highly satisfying meal while also feeling like special participants in the moment. The seemingly bottomless complimentary bottle of Amaro was a much appreciated and unexpected exclamation mark on the evening.
31/03/2024: We had dinner a few nights ago in this beautiful place. The open kitchen and the owner's super friendly welcome immediately made us feel at ease. We had first courses, good and expertly prepared. Local oil with bread, boss bitters, local oranges and almonds are offered to us. What to say? A beautiful example of Sicilian hospitality and customer attention, absolutely recommended.
