Senza pretese l' arredamento ma molto pulito, oltre piatti della zona si mangia anche molto bene il pesce fresco, i dolci sono speciali.

Very nice location, clean and well looked after. It has a beautiful terrace overlooking the hills. The food is good and the prices are fair. There is a year-round menu and menus offered according to the season. If you are in the area I recommend it.

Quality food, you can see the care with which they search for fresh and seasonal ingredients, the menu in fact fully respects the seasonality and valorisation of the territory. The dining room staff is of absolute value. Finally, the price of the dishes is very balanced. Spacious room, very beautiful view of the Roero hills. What more could you want?

Ottima cena in questo ristorante, ci siamo stati per Pasqua, dove abbiamo degustato gli antipasti piemontesi freschissimi, agnello al forno con patate. Cottur della carne eccellente, poi angira abbiamo preso la pizza super buona dall' impasto croccante è sottile non gommosa. Il tutto servito in poco tempo , firei ottimo ci ricedremo presto consigliato

01/04/2024: Good morning, we went to the tavern La Via del Sale at Easter. It was a nice experience, friendly staff, very good dishes (without taking anything away from the rest), superlative plins in the old tradition. Have a good time
31/12/2023: We chose Tenuta Carretta to celebrate our wedding. I would give more stars if there were more. Prestigious location, cared for and furnished down to the smallest detail. Monica, facility manager, followed us step by step in this journey, making sure to satisfy our requests, reassuring our concerns by following us in every deadline. Flavio Costa, top chef, you can feel his passion for cooking in every dish . Both guaranteed their presence throughout the event. All the staff, prepared, friendly and very helpful. During the aperitif and dinner they were always ready for each guest. In conclusion, by choosing Tenuta Carretta you will have a starred event but at the same time enriched by a familiar and "easygoing" atmosphere, rare for levels like this. I will return for many other events.

05/04/2024: Very good value for money: starter, hot main course, coffee dessert and bottle of water for €12 per person! Impeccable service, we will come back without hesitation.
22/02/2024: Excellent place, good home-made food, friendly and helpful staff, fair price, lots of people even at lunch, better to book in the evening.
