Really this could be rated 4, but this is a professional school where students learn and train how to enter into the business world. So, even if 4 could be the right rating, 5 for food (4.5) and service (4.25) is an encouragement while the 4 for the location (3.5) is a remembering note: that's a school!

We promised ourselves to try this educational restaurant on the seafront between Misano and Riccione. We are welcomed by the Maitre of the room assisted by the boys, impeccable in clothing and manners, appropriate for a professional service. Simple and clean place. In addition to some à la carte choices, a fish-based tasting menu (€20) and a meat-based tasting menu (€17) are offered every day. Everything was good and well presented, including a surprise dessert. Drinks not included in the menu. Thanks to the maitre d' who did his utmost for us due to a slight mix-up. Overall a great experience!

Discovered by chance it was a very pleasant surprise, good quality and pleasantly creative cuisine, perhaps some uncertainty in the service but more than forgivable as it is an opportunity for experience for the kids. Excellent value for money, I will definitely return.

We enjoyed and enjoyed the excellent menu of the day, surrounded by the education and efficiency of a very beautiful and willing youth. The price paid is a trifle, you spend more in a pizzeria.
