Nothing better than walking into a restaurant small/provide a bakery beyond !! Wow also amounts of food that are plenty to eat and filling in great taste wonderful coffee. I can’t say how much I love this place. !! It does not get five stars. It gets 10+ Staff is above and beyond greeting me when I walk in the door where I was from 100% kindness and a good staff waiting on you the whole time this is in my top three in Old Town Lecce after coming for the last three years, I’m sad. I didn’t find this two years ago.❤️

Bar della Cotognata Leccese is undoubtedly one of the best cafes and pastry shops in Lecce. The food here is truly delicious: every dessert is incredibly fresh, made with quality ingredients, and you can taste the Salento pastry tradition. From the pastries to the quince jam, everything is carefully crafted, and the flavor is always exceptional. The atmosphere is welcoming, well-maintained, and pleasant, perfect for both a leisurely breakfast and a sweet treat during the day. A place that immediately wins you over and you'll always want to return. Highly recommended!

Yesterday I had the opportunity to taste the best pasticciotti leccesi I've ever eaten. I brought back to Taranto a tray of 10 portions of Fruttone leccese and a tray with 7 different flavors of pasticciotti, all truly delicious. I will definitely be back every time I return to Lecce.

Stopped here for a spritz and liked it so much stayed for a while. The bartender was lovely and the staff all so nice. The pastries looked absolutely amazing.

Hospitality... I visited this place for a quick lunch and first of all I enjoyed the extraordinary Salento hospitality and then the excellent quality of the food. Kudos to the owners who told us how they've run the place with passion for years. Delicious pastries, I highly recommend it to everyone... Thank you for everything.

This is definitely where the locals are going. It was packed when we arrived and smelled divine! They also have tall glasses of fresh squeezed OJ which was a massive plus for me.

11/12/2025: Everything was simply delicious! From the first course to the last, Ristoro dei Templari in Lecce was a real surprise. The meatballs were flavorful and tender, the pizza was light, tasty, and made with quality ingredients, and the tiramisu was a fitting end to a perfect meal: creamy, balanced, and truly irresistible. The service also deserves a special mention: attentive, friendly, and fast, it helped make the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended! 🍕✨

27/10/2025: The place is a bit small but nice, the service is very friendly and efficient. And above all, the food is good. I have a few reservations about some desserts, like the crepe cake, but that's the exception, not the rule.
