We were in this wonderful restaurant ten days ago...what can I say...five stars are not enough to describe our experience...super food, staff always available for your every need, as are the owners, easy-going and sincere people...they are kind in a sincere way and not for convenience... I highly recommend it and we will certainly be returning soon!!

An exceptional trattoria
We ate with the family and had a great time
Attentive and friendly service, family atmosphere.
The pasta with meatballs was excellent like my grandmother made and the mixed grill was plentiful.
The desserts are fantastic, I had a salted caramel one which was delicious.

I went to this restaurant this evening with some friends and we had a great time.
Even though it was a Saturday evening, the service was attentive and fast.
Great food from meat to pizzas.

My celiac son on a trip had lunch at this restaurant with lunch organized with availability on their part without any problem in serving the meal for celiacs. The waiter brings the plate of pasta with gluten (telling him that it was his), eating some of it, the boy notices from the consistency that it wasn't his, insisting on telling him are you sure? and in the end the waiter tells him, wait, I'll check and his pasta was left in the kitchen. For the second course, however, they only served him salad because they themselves were afraid that everything was contaminated. To be defined as too superficial on a very serious pathology.

The Templar restaurant is always a guarantee of excellent typical homemade dishes, in a welcoming environment full of atmosphere. There are also outdoor tables shaded by a veranda. Friendly and attentive owner and staff. A perfect break while visiting Lecce. Thank you with all my heart
