Dopo una bellissima visita alla meravigliosa cittadina di Certaldo, con una coppia di amici fiorentini e con mia moglie, ci accingiamo a cercare una location per poter pranzare e utilizzando TheForke prenotiamo in questo locale a Case Nuove. All'arrivo ci troviamo in una trattoria tipica Toscana , accolti con semplicità e gentilezza dallo staff. Ci lasciamo da loro consigliare per cosa assaggiare. Senza parole.....piatti tipici, ben cucinati e con porzioni soddisfacenti. Da ritornare e consigliare

Great food with very friendly service. Very good panna cotta!!! Good red house wine. Fair prices. Gladly again. Risotto was fantastic and so was the tagliatelle al ragu di Chianina!

If you are looking for a place to enjoy a delicious meal in Pienza, this restaurant is your best choice! Their lasagna and risotto are my star recommendations. Een geweldig en modern restaurant in een paralelstraat. Lekker en gezellig buitenterras met dekentjes voor de koudere avond. De bediening is zeer vriendelijk en zeer correct! En het eten is overheerlijk. Echt een aanrader.

08/05/2024: A bit of a walk from Palazzo Pacini but just enough to build our appetites! We received a warm welcome and chose Il Collo with Tuna Sauce and Mayonnaise with extra virgin olive oil to share, followed by La Tripe, cinta sausage and saffron from the garden, Il Galletto al mattone, and sides of L' Erbette sautéed with garlic extra virgin olive oil and chili pepper and Le Patate alla Ghiotta. Matched with the house chianti. Service was lovely and a match for the food. Compliments. It got busy so I suggest booking.
08/05/2024: A pleasant discovery for those who love local and Tuscan products, it is also in the guide of Slow Food Italian taverns. Try the selection of cheeses and the pappardelle with Cinta white ragù cut with a knife.

25/04/2024: We took 2 appetizers, a first course and a second course, all truly delicious. The staff were kind and attentive. Warm and welcoming environment. Excellent and recommended
07/03/2024: What is I'COVO for me? Well, one of the restaurants where I leave a piece of my heart every time. Roberta and her husband are fabulous, smiling, welcoming, they make you feel at home and for this reason I always gladly come back. The food exudes passion and love, you can feel it in the flavour, you can notice it in the dishes. The venue has an enveloping, warm and simply refined atmosphere. The soft colors and not too strong lights accentuate the authenticity of the place. What weren't those Tartar ones 😍😍😍
