Coming back was a wonderful emotion. In addition to having found fantastic dishes whose flavor I have remembered for years, I had the opportunity to discover and appreciate new experiments with exceptional results that left me speechless. I'm talking about experiments because eating risotto with ice cream is also this, and what a sublime surprise!
