City center bar. Large internal room with high ceilings, like a respectable historic residence Large bar counter, and tastefully chosen furnishings. Outside there are tables overlooking a historic square. Serious staff and fast service Good coffee

Bar in the historic center of Città di Castello, small and welcoming place, friendly and helpful staff. The day I was there (Sunday around 10am) I didn't find a good assortment of savory or sweet products, good quality, but nothing exceptional.

05/05/2024: Exceptional Chianina burger. Spectacularly fried, crispy, golden. Genuineness, friendliness and kindness make every dish tasty and memorable. A small place, a big idea, and philosophy... "Il Macello" really has a soul! That of simple food and family warmth. Thank you Peppe, with your spontaneity and passion that you lovingly transfer into your products you made me feel at home, in the family. Amazing evening!
30/04/2024: The best hamburger in Perugia and its province! Exceptional quality of the raw materials and the fried foods are delicious. The owner is a fantastic person. When work is passion it shows! Truly super recommended.

07/04/2024: I found out about this establishment through the fork and I went there one evening for dinner with my boyfriend! We were both thrilled by the beauty of the location and the resort itself... everything was very accurate and elegant! For dinner we had both meat and fish and all the dishes were truly delicious; excellent value for money and the right portion of the dishes! Very friendly, professional and helpful staff! I really recommend it to everyone... we will definitely be back!!!
