Exceptional Chianina burger. Spectacularly fried, crispy, golden. Genuineness, friendliness and kindness make every dish tasty and memorable. A small place, a big idea, and philosophy... "Il Macello" really has a soul! That of simple food and family warmth. Thank you Peppe, with your spontaneity and passion that you lovingly transfer into your products you made me feel at home, in the family. Amazing evening!

The best hamburger in Perugia and its province! Exceptional quality of the raw materials and the fried foods are delicious. The owner is a fantastic person. When work is passion it shows! Truly super recommended.

Came here after core lunch hours and got the place to myself but even then what a great vibe - very warm staff who was forgiving my zero Italian skills, delicious and super fresh food - shrimp were caught just this morning and you can tell, and local beer to taste. Win win.

Small fry shop at the beginning of Borgo XX Giugno, super Chianina hamburger 🍔 accompanied by special sauces and condiments also on request, super fried cod, lots of choice of beers and wines. Service number ONE

03/03/2024: The food was incredible. Literally. A pure and different enjoyment with every dish. The unique, artistic, relaxed and slightly magical environment. The service is also present, but discreet. A fantastic experience and one to be repeated!
