Everything is excellent, from the coffee to the service, unfortunately the hours on Google are not updated, moreover it is open on Saturday afternoons... Which it isn't. Also I wonder how it can be wheelchair accessible with one step and a narrow glass door...

24/06/2025: Bed of gaspacho on shrimp tails and stratospheric ombrina. Excellent traditional Piedmontese dishes with some very interesting reinterpretations. Excellent service, good value for money. We will definitely be back. Compliments
07/06/2025: Modern but warm and very welcoming place. Fantastic food, short menu with traditional dishes but translated in a modern way, and excellent wine list, also short but very precise. Alessandro a perfect host, friendly and very attentive. Absolutely unmissable.

02/07/2025: Nowadays there are people who improvise as restaurateurs, they think that it is enough to rely on a good architect in order to offer a "trendy" location. But catering is another thing and Delfino Blu does catering with a capital R. We had a really good time! I took my wife to dinner to celebrate her birthday and she was speechless. Elegant location, light and pleasant background music, impeccable service, all the staff was kind and polite. Here you can eat top quality fish! If you want to go to a classy place and eat FISH, come here and you will make a good impression!
