I was here for my birthday.
Meanwhile, I must compliment the dining room staff who took care of every detail: the woman is always served first and they are also not always formal and super helpful. I appreciated the chance to win by scratching off a digital scratch card (my boyfriend won a bitter and I won a bottle of wine for our next dinner).
The place is small, but very welcoming. The dishes are plentiful and offer Piedmontese and other specialties. There are vegan, vegetarian, fish and meat options. The risotto with pistachio cream is delicious, the desserts are excellent. There are several options for wine, even by the glass.

No flaws or infamy: just praise. Nice and spotlessly clean place, friendly staff without being licentious, perfect music (no cover!!! Adequate volume) and above all gentlemen wines, excellent food. Correct portions, attention, excellent ingredients. I didn't just like the cod creamed with the potato. But lamb cooked twice? Pig belly? The chocolate cube? LET'S TALK ABOUT

Relaxed and casual atmosphere, elegant and very kind service. Menu of traditional Piedmontese dishes, excellent raw appetizers, veal with tuna sauce, cod and some vegetarian options. Among the first courses, the pistachio risotto was exceptional, while the tajarin could be improved (you couldn't taste the truffle). The desserts are good. Great selection of wine. Good value for money.

invitati per festeggiare un compleanno a pranzo visto che per la cena non c'eravamo più perché già di ritorno a Roma .

Locale molto carino e ben curato, purtroppo presenza di mosche attorno al tavolo (all'interno) che hanno infastidito la cena. Alcune scelte (considerando che non ci sono tantissimi elementi nel menù) non disponibili alle 19.30 così come alcuni vini. Prezzi abbastanza alti

Cibo e vini selezionati con un occhio di riguardo al territorio. La stagionalità viene rispettata, ad es. al momento molte proposte contengono funghi o tartufo.
Servizio molto buono, locale piacevole.
Porzioni a volte troppo piccole, come l'antipasto gran misto piemontese o il secondo di tonno, soprattutto in relazione al conto pagato.
Qualità comunque buona, sia di primi che di secondi e dolci.
