The cozy atmosphere of the restaurant, the kindness of the owner and her service, the food... everything was very good.

Food was nice and authentic. We had their pasta special and the burrata cheese dish. The atmosphere is a little lacking as there is no music and just down a quiet laneway. But it's a solid place with a quaint authentic feel away from the main promenade.

Small, cozy place with a very good atmosphere. Advance reservation. I recommend the trot to the ferry and especially tagliolinni al borgovino, spectacular. Everything is great!

Such a wonderful experience. This intimate restaurant is a perfect place to dine in Varenna for a home-like meal and a welcoming environment. The owner was warm and helpful with her suggestions, and I highly recommend this place if you’re in town.

Mein absoluter Liebling in Varenna!
Ein kleines und wirklich einzigartiges Restaurant, in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben (nett dekoriert und mit wunderschöner Tischwäsche ausgestattet!) und wo uns einfach alles geschmeckt hat (auch die aussergewöhnliche Polenta!), bis zum abschliessenden Amaro, mit 2 hinreissend engagierten Herren im Service, die sich sehr um uns bemüht haben.

We enjoyed dinner there during our stay in Varenna. Had the special pasta, lasagna, which is pesto based, and some delicious wine. Restaurant is small but very cozy. Definitely recommend!
