Very nice and refined place. Cozy terrace with spectacular views. Impeccable and professional service. It's a shame not to have found the same quality on the menu. There were six of us and they asked us to please do a tasting menu…. Oh well. But frankly I found it poor, not pleasant in texture and taste, first and second course rather salty. It's a shame given the expensive cost. I'll try again with the à la carte menu.

Went for lunch. Pleasent location and decent food, very good wine list, but definitely on the expensive side, which is not in tune with the area.

Da anni sono testimone della continua evoluzione di qiesto magnifico ristorante. Provatelo senza indugi fatevi consigliare dal personale altamente preparato e cortese non rimarrete delusi. Prenotate per tempo un posto in terrazza, ne vale la pena

Di ritorno a Neive dopo alcuni anni (e il Covid di mezzo) torniamo anche mangiare il tartufo bianco in questo ristorante, di cui avevamo un ottimo ricordo. Si riconferma una buonissima scelta. Locale che si amplia, con tavoli nelle verande riscaldate, vista vallata. Atmosfera raffinata, abbastanza tranquilla anche con il ristorante soldi out. Servizio attento e gentile, il titolare sempre presente in sala a controllare che tutto vada come deve. Ottimi i tajarin al tartufo bianco. Conto corretto e bottiglia di nebbiolo loro produzione in omaggio all'uscita (quella coccola in più al cliente che fa la differenza). Bravi!

12/12/2023: It's easy to leave a good review after one night's stay, more difficult to do so after 6 months of stay. I, as a special guest from Trieste, have the disinterested pleasure of doing so because Marco and Madame Hotellerie with their staff: Leo, Barbara's impeccable service and chef Mattia's creations, facilitated by the genuine quality of the raw materials, made my trip enjoyable. , and this evening in Brig I regret not being able to conclude the dinner with those sweets with dignity.... better the panna cotta or the bunet.... a long sentence for posterity
