Biancospino In Trento

We stopped here spontaneously on our way north; it's the perfect trattoria for a meal while traveling: a straightforward menu, a pleasant atmosphere, and a super friendly owner. And the food was very good, especially the pasta and the grilled steak. The small menu immediately won us over.

Welcoming and very friendly, just steps from the Trento Nord toll booth. We ate very good grilled meat.

The fish is very fresh and perfectly cooked. The host is friendly and very welcoming. Highly recommended.

On your way to or from Bolzano, it's worth a stop. Excellent dishes, but unfortunately or fortunately, the menu changes. To find the dish you're looking for, it's best to check beforehand if it's on the menu.

I just ate at this place, which I discovered by chance. The service was friendly. I had the pasta paccheri with zucchini and calamari, which was simply amazing. I watched the fried fish pass by, and it looked excellent. Excellent!

The owner and staff were wonderful, courteous, and helpful, not to mention the food. Everything was perfect for our quick lunch before continuing our journey.

If you're passing through Trento and find yourself in Spini di Gardolo, stop by the Biancospino restaurant. The watchwords here are: authentic cuisine and friendliness. A simple yet welcoming atmosphere and traditional Italian cooking. Try the cakes, baked by the owner's daughter (the chocolate and orange one is a delight).

Two couples passing through on their way to our ski resort; we searched for it from the highway and booked, unsure of Sunday crowds (it's very close to the Trento Nord exit). We ate wonderfully: two main courses of dumplings, pork shank, mushrooms, and polenta, plus two mixed fried fish platters (octopus, cod, squid, and grilled vegetables) accompanied by two mixed salads. We finished with two excellent homemade desserts: strudel and tiramisu, coffee, and a bitter/grappa liqueur (not including the bread, which is homemade), and paid €76 per couple. We had a great time; the staff was very kind and attentive, as was the owner. Definitely worth a try if you're in the area!

Even though I'm "used" to frequenting this Trattoria, I can only reiterate how happy I am to return here!
