The parking lot for trucks is very small, only 5 spaces, there are always a lot of tourists, everyone wants to know what you are doing, so you can't sit near your car on weekends, it's very noisy, the exit to the city is blocked, on the plus side, the shower is new and the toilets are clean, like the entire area, for the shower you have to exchange documents for a key, the police are constantly driving and there are a lot of cameras, so everything is ok in terms of security.

The very last rest stop on the Italian side – it's simply fantastic that Autogrill continues to offer free restrooms and maintains such high standards of cleanliness. They have a very well-stocked selection of groceries, but anyone hoping to snag a bargain just before crossing into Switzerland will be disappointed. All the prices are marked with a 50% discount, but that doesn't make them cheap. On the other hand, to be fair, for a gas station, the groceries like ham, salami, wine, and similar items definitely don't deserve the label "overpriced."
All in all, still a regular stop on any Italian road trip.

Every time I leave Italy, I stop at this last station. I've seen it evolve, and it's still just as appealing because I find that quality, that spirit, and that Italian know-how nowhere else but in Italy. That's why I go back every time... and for other things 😉... including the last real cappuccino 🤪
