Sitting at the outdoor tables of this restaurant, on a sunny day it feels like being in a painting. Excellent and refined dishes, compliments to the chef! Friendly, attentive and helpful staff Delicious prosecco risotto, truly delicious snails bourguignonne, ossobuco delicious. Thank you

The sun was shining and the plaza’s bar next door was packed but I was interested in a more substantial lunch. This restaurant was pretty empty and some loud music blaring out into the square. So I was doubtful. But had a look at the menu and we decided to sit. We had the perch with broccoli sauce and the ricotta ravioli with a saffron and bacon sauce. Wow - such interesting food. Great bread and wine. A fabulous small business which I would recommend.

Stopped by for lunch at the town centre and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the fare here.. all the dishes were excellent and pricing was reasonable.

Super moment passé en couple sur cette jolie place avec une super vue sur le lac et son île. Les plats étaient excellent. Petite mention pour l’osso bucco.

Restaurant Bar Piazzetta

01/04/2024: The Bistrot la Piazzetta is located in the central square with a wonderful view of Lake Orta, a lake of glacial origin located in Piedmont, divided between the provinces of Novara and that of Verbano-Cusio-Ossola. The restaurant is equipped with a dehors on the small square and offers bar service, aperitifs and an à la carte menu. The staff is courteous and quick in serving the tables, the raw materials used are typical of the area and of high quality. I recommend it to anyone wanting to make a short stop for an aperitif or lunch. €€/€€€
