The really loud pop music made it difficult to feel relaxed. The food is fine but the lady serving us wasn't very friendly. I was refused a glass of tap water and the aperol spritz was served in a glass with a shard of glass that came loose. When we asked to change the glass she didn't say anything or apologise. Not the best experience

When will the owner react to the incredibly unfriendly staff? Everything here is very nice, but the service drags the rating down. I would replace or train my staff. The lady with glasses and dark hair, in particular, hates her job; it's obvious.

Great food, a lovely courtyard, and very friendly service! We came here for dinner two evenings in a row. You can dine before 7 p.m. without a reservation.

The ambiance is truly unique, and the atmosphere is fantastic. The food was also very good, but the focus was heavily on the specialty pizzas. Unfortunately, the menu was completely confusing, making it hard to navigate. The dishes are quite unique. For example, there's no spaghetti or anything like that. The prices were okay.

A lovely place, with friendly and helpful staff. Among the many options on the menu, I found three very interesting vegan options: the veggie steak, a focaccia, and a pizza. I tried the latter (delicious!), finally a different option from the usual marinara. Highly recommended!

In the heart of Arco, in Palazzo Marchetti, stands the Ai Conti restaurant. This charming location offers excellent food and delicious pizzas, as well as stunning frescoes that will leave you speechless. What more could you ask for? Between one dish and another, you can enjoy and admire these beautiful frescoes. Kudos to all the friendly, professional, and speedy staff. The pizza chefs are excellent! I even had a pizza, and I have to say it was very good. We'll see you again soon. Recommended.
