Dinner with friends. Everything was excellent, from appetizer to dessert. Good wines. Excellent service. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Recommended by a friend, I went there. The owner was kind and waited for me until around 11 PM. The room was new and very nice. The only thing I didn't like was that when I pulled the blanket off the bed, the sheets were all wrinkled, giving me the feeling of being used and not washed or ironed. Breakfast was okay.

This intimate, family-run property is in a beautiful location with a stunning view. I really appreciated the hospitality and attentiveness of the hosts, the impeccable housekeeping, and the beautifully scented sheets and towels. Breakfast included many homemade cakes. We also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant, which served excellent traditional cuisine made with quality ingredients.

Clean room with neat furnishings. The hosts were helpful and friendly. The location was fairly quiet, despite being very close to a busy road. The breakfast was plentiful and included homemade desserts. A positive experience, one to repeat.

I stayed at this property with my husband and our dog, and I really wanted to leave my opinion on our vacation. Francesco's farmhouse is a lovely family-run property, and you immediately feel at home. The surrounding nature is fabulous, and the farmhouse is in a fantastic location for easy access to all the beautiful areas of Umbria. Francesco is very attentive to the well-being of his guests. His dinners are delicious, and the breakfasts are the perfect way to start the day. Truly exquisite. The housekeeping service is diligent and meticulous. In short, absolutely recommended. We just returned from a weekend in this very welcoming and well-maintained property. The location is excellent for exploring the surrounding area, surrounded by greenery and with an almost fairytale atmosphere (our Labrador was so happy!). The breakfasts and dinners were truly delicious and authentic, made with quality ingredients. Francesco and his family are very hospitable. I've been coming back to these places for three years now, but here at Casale di Francesco, his family, and his staff, I found an environment where I felt more than just at the usual establishment, but rather at a friend's house. I truly enjoyed my stay. Of course, a special mention goes to the generous breakfast and the delicious dinners, meticulously prepared by Francesco. The tiramisu and chocolate cake are truly extraordinary. We'll definitely see you again. In fact, Francesco, I'll bring back the ice cube for you 😏.

We spent three days at this agriturismo exploring the Valnerina. It was in a great location for us, and the service was excellent. The room was spacious and the bathroom was spacious and functional. Always clean. The breakfasts were generous, with plenty of homemade cakes. Hearty dinners featured excellent traditional menus.
