14/04/2024: Ieri era una giornata......da Colli Euganei, con il tempo giusto, una bella temperatura e voglia di relax. Dopo la visita, a Torreglia, della Villa dei Vescovi, abbiamo trovato questo ristorante immerso in un parco molto bello ed abbiamo pranzato sotto un'incantevole "pergola" di glicini in fiore. Cibo tradizionale molto buono, servizio cortese e prezzo adeguato, ci hanno fatto riprendere la passeggiata di ottimo umore. Roberto55

13/05/2024: It's called Enotrattoria but it has very little of a trattoria, let me explain better: I learned about these kids/family a few years ago, through a friend's graduation party. Very nice experience. Since then, I've added a safe place to my list of TOP places to eat. The Chef is absolutely brilliant! Unique dishes, made as God commands, innovative and traditional/local at the same time, with top quality raw materials and everything fresh. The right choice, few but good dishes (not a thousand dishes on the menu and not even a decent one, as is now the case in many places). Then, for the more demanding there is always some alternative of the day, with seasonal proposals; so it never gets boring. The guys responsible for the wines and the service are kind, patient and prepared. Wines with a wide choice (of quality and sometimes even refined). Homemade food with local products, excellent desserts (and I'm not a lover of desserts, if I like them, trust me). I absolutely recommend the egg as a starter (only they make it so absurd). That's why I said that it has very little of a trattoria. A place like this holds its own against the best restaurants in the area, period. The only thing that looks like a trattoria is the atmosphere (however very clean and well-kept), with that warm, homely soul. Mine is not intended to be a biased comment or a critic's review, I am not an expert and I don't care to be one. You simply see and feel the passion they put into it, so I recommend coming and trying their cuisine because it's worth it!

12/05/2024: Let me start by saying that the service and staff are impeccable. I can't say otherwise about the dishes, especially the second courses, absolutely inconsistent value for money. I'm sorry because I had high expectations. Despite this the restaurant was full.

After pointing out that there was a piece of plastic in the salad, I didn't like being told that it was a piece of onion. there was no onion in the mixed salad, I had specified that I would have finished the salad anyway even if they had asked me for a change, which wasn't a problem for me. The employee took the piece of plastic from my bowl and took it away. At the time of the bill, done by the same person to whom I had reported it, the mixed salad was billed to me. A clear example of how the customer should be treated with kindness and respect....

The food was also great, although a little less than 600 grams at 4 euros per 100 grams could have been better. The wine was just water, even for a house wine. But the taste of the food made up for it. Unfortunately, the waiter was unable to communicate in English and had no patience for our attempts in Italian. Next time I'd rather eat somewhere else.

Third. Customers must be accompanied to the table by standing next to them The most important figure in your restaurant is the customer, which is why he should never be preceded. It is essential not to abandon them among the other tables waiting to understand which table they have booked. Fourth. Solve problems In this regard, always resolve problems promptly. Sweet. Scoop of chocolate ice cream with black cherry liqueur and four meringues about the size of a pea. Wine. Excellent bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon from Vigna Alta to lift the situation Coffee.
