24/02/2024: For a family lunch, we ordered a mixed starter from the inn to share. Full of cold cuts, snacks, even small cakes. As a main course I ordered a sliced ​​beef with porcini mushrooms and truffle. Portions perhaps not large, but very good meat.

17/05/2024: Restaurant found by chance, while travelling, which turned out to be a great discovery. We were three friends and we were welcomed in a friendly manner and with a smile. Informal and friendly atmosphere with homemade cuisine of the highest quality. We had an appetizer, a first course, a dessert, water and a glass of wine. To start, they offer us a prosecco and a salad of legumes, fresh and dried tomatoes with very, very pleasant fennel. As an appetizer, the waitress recommended the 3 pecorino marshmallows with chilli sauce and acacia honey - which would be breaded and fried pecorino, and I must say that the advice was more than spot on. First, some stratospheric Umbricelli (a sort of homemade pici) carbonara with truffle served in an absolutely original way in a real shaker, then shaken to best mix the egg yolk and pecorino cream, typical of carbonara. Then Tiramisu and a dessert dedicated to dark chocolate worthy of note. Spacious Chalice of Montefalco. Bread made in exceptional cases. Extremely nice waitress. Cost 31 euros per person. I will definitely return and it will be my point of reference when I am in those areas. Really compliments!!

14/03/2024: Ho soggiornato nuovamente in questo stupendo hotel, per lavoro in zona. Quindi l ho scelto conoscendolo. Stanze nuove pulitissime al top davvero . La colazione viene servita dalle 7,30 circa ed ho pranzato e pure cenato qui. Ristorante anche esso al top, con scelta ampia, ad es prosciutto crudo tagliato al momento, antipasti primi secondi di carne fatti molto bene!! Consigliatissimo sia per lavoro. Che vacanza....

25/05/2024: Terrible experience! Two €20 pizzas made with (:) dog, one bacchus and one shrimp which is actually rocket... that's all I'll say, you could have directly written Margherita with rocket and Margherita with lidel burratina and 4 pieces of salmon. What a catch...

11/04/2024: Error in the bill (€20 more on a total of €46). I noticed on my own even if, at the checkout, the manager had "typed" the receipt stating the dishes. Shortly afterwards I was given the difference back, €17, minus the €3 for the excellent slice of tart, which was mistakenly counted as €20. Well... they lost a customer. In my opinion, being a customer, the gesture was appropriate. Nothing to say about the excellent quality offered by the delightful venue.
