Restaurant found by chance, while travelling, which turned out to be a great discovery. We were three friends and we were welcomed in a friendly manner and with a smile. Informal and friendly atmosphere with homemade cuisine of the highest quality. We had an appetizer, a first course, a dessert, water and a glass of wine. To start, they offer us a prosecco and a salad of legumes, fresh and dried tomatoes with very, very pleasant fennel. As an appetizer, the waitress recommended the 3 pecorino marshmallows with chilli sauce and acacia honey - which would be breaded and fried pecorino, and I must say that the advice was more than spot on. First, some stratospheric Umbricelli (a sort of homemade pici) carbonara with truffle served in an absolutely original way in a real shaker, then shaken to best mix the egg yolk and pecorino cream, typical of carbonara. Then Tiramisu and a dessert dedicated to dark chocolate worthy of note. Spacious Chalice of Montefalco. Bread made in exceptional cases. Extremely nice waitress. Cost 31 euros per person. I will definitely return and it will be my point of reference when I am in those areas. Really compliments!!

I thought the food was extremely good, I had enough to order to feed my family of four at a super affordable price, I recommend it.

We went there 3 times in two days... and we would already like to go back! Them, the owner and cook together with her crazy girls, unique people.. delicious genuine food and as she says her heart goes into all the dishes she cooks! See you soon Sara and Andrea.. those who put ice in wine 😜

Wow - I have never been welcomed so warmly. The owner not only knows how to cook really well (simple but brilliant) but is incredibly warm and a real hostess. We were there too early and despite a turbulent day and although not everything was ready, she welcomed us with joy and total openness. Dogs are welcome :) The food was delicious! Even if the ambience wasn't to my taste - it doesn't matter!!!! THE ATMOSPHERE WAS RIGHT and THE FOOD was like HEAVEN ON EARTH! GRACY!!!!

Cozy environment and good service, the terrace has a nice view. The menu offers a wide choice of starters, first and second courses, the wine list is full of good local wines. However, the food does not reflect the prices, the beef tartare is good but rather skimpy, the tiramisu has no flavour.

Fabulous Flavia! Wowza! What a find! My wife and I had an absolutely fabulous experience here. The unexpected alfresco patio in the rear, the warm and friendly staff’s recommendations, the joyful conversation with the delightful owner, and the absolutely incredible food that celebrated all things Italy that are a reflection of the owner’s passionate love of all things food. The only disappointment was that we were planning on returning a few days later, but we had to leave the area before we could make that happen. I’m still disappointed! The restaurant is an absolute must if you are in the area. 6 stars if I could. Thank you Flavia for such a wonderful experience. È stata un'esperienza magnifica e da ripetere. La cuoca offre un menù che si adatta alle stagioni dove mescola tradizione e innovazione, si coglie in ogni piatto la passione per la cucina. La materia prima è di prima qualità, dalle verdure ai formaggi, dal pesce alla carne, per cui suggerisco di provare tutto!!!! L'ambiente è accogliente ed il servizio è attento e professionale, tutto lo staff ti fa sentire il benvenuto.
