10/03/2024: One of the best restaurants in Alessandria, excellent cuisine and excellent service. Definitely my favorite at the moment. I had dinner with foreign colleagues and I asked for a tasting (55 euros) with a triptych of quality Piedmontese wines... Alta Langa di Serafino, Timorasso di Massa, Barbera di Ratti, Barolomdi Gaja... Total... expensive but not exaggerated. Around 100 euros. But it's worth it all... just for the numerous interludes such as amuse bouche, pre-dessert and coffee with sweets... in short, here you are in the high range. Nel.resto.di alessandria, excellent quality and service but of a slightly lower range.

Assistere al passaggio di testimone non è stato facile, ma Luca, il nuovo gestore, sembra intenzionato a non far rimpiangere il passato. Ottimo cibo e soprattutto un bere d'eccezione. Continua così!

11/05/2024: Nuova gestione, direi ottima partenza. Premetto che vi è presente anche il vecchio titolare che non guasta mai , vista la super professionalità. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene e bevuto altrettanto bene. Anche i nostri amici non di Ovada, ma che comunque conoscevano già il locale sono rimasti più che soddisfatti. Sul conto è un locale un po' più su della media di altri, ma dipende molto da quello che si beve. Complimenti, continuate così.

20/05/2024: Farmhouse among the rows in the true sense of the word, silence and tranquility reign. We had lunch outside with very good tartare and veal with tuna sauce; equally the fried rabbit and the pasta with caramelized onions and bacon although I expected more from the latter. Excellent focaccia and bread made by them. Friendly and helpful staff but service was a little slow between the starter and the main course, after all the girl was alone with several tables. Advised!

04/05/2024: After a day of tourism it was fantastic to improvise a dinner and be lucky enough to end up in this farmhouse. The wine and food are truly delicious, the service excellent and the location very suggestive.

05/05/2024: Friendliness and an unexpected imagination combined with a solid quality of raw materials reign supreme. Fixed menu at 14 EUR simply TOP. Battista dives into the menu, illustrating all the variations with the innate passion of someone who is proud of his territory and what it offers. The only flaw is that the cream puff pastry, an unexpected diversion of cream wrapped in a pastry of unparalleled lightness, is not always available. Book in advance and your palate will thank you! P.s. the carbonara is a must, if you can go on the day they make it, TOP!

02/05/2024: Amazing food! We found this Ristorante on our way to France , and the food was delicious and fresh. The service was fantastic despite our language barrier. All The food we ordered taste really great! and the server tried to make us comfortable.. Great Reasonable price,! The ristorante located on top small hill and the kids loved it.. We definitely visit them again next trip!

30/03/2024: It is always a special place for me. Mario in the dining room is perfect, professional and friendly, in the kitchen Antonello is one of my favorite interpreters of Piedmontese cuisine. I always come back willingly.

The gastronomic offer is excellent: in addition to the menu, a very rich tasting menu (including vegetarian), which allows you to try various Monferrato specialties, the tartare is amazing, but everything is excellent. Wines as imaginable, especially the Grignolino is recommended (also in the sparkling and chinato versions). Super quality/price ratio. Worth trying, also for the possibility of visiting one of the typical "infernot" (underground chamber dug into the Pietra da Cantoni), characteristic of the area (Monferrato of the infernot according to UNESCO)

18/05/2024: In 2023 we found ourselves there almost by chance even though we know the surrounding places well. Amazing fixed menu, all strictly handmade with perfect flavours. Honor to the cook in the kitchen who then passes between the tables to say hello. She and her husband, owners of the farm, are very nice and helpful. The staff very kind. We went back and brought our friends. You can also buy their very good wine. Cheers and chapeau 🍷🥘🍽️ Expectations were once again rewarded this time. You are always amazing.👍😊

05/05/2024: Simply fantastic. Classic cuisine dishes in a completely vegan version: practically a dream. The recipes are incredible, and finally you can enjoy a good menu, from appetizer to dessert, without cruelty. I brought two non-vegan people and they really liked it, so I recommend it even for those who are not used to this type of cuisine. For me the best ever, I will definitely be back. The service is excellent and the waiters are extremely kind and helpful

27/05/2024: Splendid little place, with attention to every detail, noteworthy environment, service and food. Furnishings well matched with taste, marble tables similar to "once upon a time" kitchens, flowers and candles that give warmth to the diners. At the table a welcome surprise, on a slate saucer, a salami ready to be sliced. Focaccias, crusty bread and breadsticks accompany lunch. All very good, three types of battered meat, exceptional egg with bread crust, super ravioli (or agnolotti), gnocchi with sauce, in short... we'll be back! Well done Donatella!
